Susan Boyd
Susan believes that the ultimate differentiator in highly successful organizations is recruiting, retaining and maximizing talent, at the Board and operating level. She is recognized as a trusted advisor with a strong combination of good judgment, courage and passion.
Susan has a particular expertise in financial services, payments and fintech, including general management, functional corporate officers, technology and operations. Prior to establishing her firm in August 2014, Susan spent 15 years at Russell Reynolds Associates, a global human capital consultancy. She served as Managing Director and Head of the Americas for the Consumer and
Commercial Financial Services Practice.
Susan works closely with Boards and senior operating executives to align talent and strategy with current and anticipated market dynamics. Clients range from multi billion dollar publicly traded companies to private equity backed early stage companies. Susan is highly analytical, and has the ability to view issues from multiple viewpoints. Susan started her career as a corporate banker at
SunTrust Banks, Inc. in Atlanta and New York, where she became a Vice President in the middle market and large cap banking groups, focused on providing optimal debt capital and business operating services to her clients.
Susan holds a BBA from the University of Georgia. She graduated Cum Laude from the Honors Program with a major in Finance.
Susan serves on the Dean’s advisory board at the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia, on the Rollins School of Public Health Dean’s Council at Emory University and on the Board of Directors of Atlanta Habitat for Humanity.
